We build, govern, and scale AI agents and automation across the Verder Group. Every workflow is a candidate. Fixing inefficient processes is half of it. The other half is going after what wasn't possible before.
We build AI agents and automations that solve real operational problems across Verder. Sometimes that means we own it end-to-end: process mapping, building, integrating, testing, and handing it over with monitoring in place.
We don't build demos. We don't automate tasks that took two minutes. We don't ship without a baseline and a measurement plan. And we don't add AI where a rewritten workflow would do the job better.
The tools work. The failure is bolting them onto processes that were already broken — and never asking whether those processes should exist at all.
Teams build unvetted agents outside IT governance. An agent with read/write access to sensitive data and no oversight is a liability. Not an asset.
Shiny demos are celebrated internally. The retrospective on failure, when the agent stops working outside demo conditions, never gets the same airtime.
Technology adoption doesn't automatically produce productivity gains. Without structured adoption, most AI spend creates the appearance of value, not the reality.
